企业知识管理应用运营管理平台研发实践

摘要:随着知识在企业中的重要作用日益明显,高效易用的知识管理应用在企业中也越来越收到重视。但是目前的企业知识管理应用缺少成体系的运营管理机制,使得平台运行及运营效率受限。本文阐述了一种针对企业知识管理应用中运营管理平台的研发及实践,充分利用了平台用户自身产生的行为日志,通过权限管理、日志采集、日志分析、日志应用四个关键步骤实现了平台运营管理的需求,并以Web页面的形式为运营管理者提供了更有效的管理平台,提高了平台的使用效率。?

Research and Practice of Operation Management Subsystem in Enterprise Knowledge Management Application
Abstract:As knowledge becomes more and more important in enterprise, SaaS becomes an important trend of enterprise knowledge management application. However, the current enterprise knowledge management applications lacks a systematic operational management mechanism, which limits the operation efficiency of platform. In this paper, a design and implementation scheme of the operation and management subsystem in SaaS cloud application in enterprise knowledge management is described. It makes full use of the behavior logs generated by the platform users. Through the four key steps including rights management, log collection, log analysis and log application, the platform operation and management needs are realized. And a more effective management platform is provided to the operation managers in the form of Web pages to improve the efficiency of the platform.
