PVDF/PS-b-PNIPAAm纳米有序复合膜的制备及形貌研究

摘要:本文将两亲性嵌段共聚物PS-b-PNIPAAm配置成一定浓度的溶液后,涂覆在PVDF商用膜表面。使用氯仿蒸汽退火诱导相分离后,通过选择性溶胀成孔法得到具有规整的孔洞结构的复合膜。 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、水接触角、渗透性能的测定等对复合膜进行表征。结果显示,随着溶胀时间的增加,复合膜表面孔的规整性逐渐完善。PNIPAAm逐渐富集于膜表面,亲水性增强,接触角减小,复合膜表现出一定的温度敏感性能。

The Synthesis of PS-b-PNIPAAm Block Copolymer and the Construction of its Separation Membranes
Abstract:In this paper,the PS-b-PNIPAAm block copolymer was dissolved in CH3Cl and then was coated on the surface of commercial PVDF membrane to prepare PVDF/PS-b-PNIPAAm composite membrane.The PVDF/PS-b-PNIPAAm composite membrane with monodisperse pore size was prepared by the method of solvent annealing and selective swelling-induced pore-making process based on self-assembly of block copolymers. The separation membranes were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), water contact angle and penetration performance.The results indicated that the increase of swelling time conduced to the improvement of the regularity of the separation membrane . With the increase of swelling time PNIPAAm was gradually enriched in the surface of the membrane, the water contact angle of membrane decreased,the hydrophilicity of membrane was enhanced, and the temperature-sensitivity of membrane became remarkable.
