用PIV非接触式测量无风墙通风流场

摘要:无风墙通风广泛应用于金属矿山通风以及隧道纵向射流通风中,研究无风墙通风的流场形态,对于提高通风效率、节约能源有着重要的意义。传统的流速测量仪器,如通常采用的多普勒流速仪,只能进行单点测量,无法对整个区域内的二维流场进行无扰动测量。当流场内部的流速变化较大,且有涡存在时,传统的仪器很难实现流场的准确测量。粒子图像测速(PIV)技术克服了以往流场测试中单点测量的局限性,能够进行平面二维流场全场的测试。本实验利用PIV分别测试了模型巷道进风口面积为0.04m*m、0.03m*m、0.02m*m和0.01m*m四种情况下无风墙通风轴流风机附近的流场。

Using PIV Non-contact Method to Measure The Flow Field of Ventilation Without Wall
Abstract:Ventilation without wall is widely used in the metal mine ventilation and the tunnel longitudinal jet ventilation, studying the flow filed of ventilation without wall has an important meaning to improve ventilation efficiency and save energy. Traditional flow rate measuring instrument, such as ADV only measure single point can't be carried out without disturbing the two-dimensional flow field in the whole region. When the velocity in the flow field varies greatly and has vortex, traditional instruments are difficult to achieve the accurate flow field. PIV overcome the limitation of single point measurement in the flow field, which can test the two-dimensional of the whole flow field. and did experimental study on the application of PIV in measuring the flow field near the axial fan of the ventilation without wall. The experiment tested the flow field near the axial fan of the ventilation without wall with the inlet area of the model tunnel is 0.04m*m、0.03m*m、0.02m*m and 0.01m*m.
