碳负载的双金属PdNi纳米催化剂制备及其催化柠檬醛选择性加氢性能

摘要:本文利用层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)层间阴离子可交换性和层板阳离子可调变性的结构特征,首先合成出钯配位离子插层的三元NiMgAl-LDHs,再将其与葡萄糖在水热条件下进行热杂化,并进一步在惰性气氛下经高温自还原制备得到了高分散碳负载的双金属PdNi纳米催化剂。一系列系统表征结果显示:在负载型催化剂中双金属PdNi纳米粒子尺寸均匀并能高分散在载体表面,双金属Pd和Ni间的协同效应使催化剂在柠檬醛液相选择性加氢反应中显现出了优异的催化性能。

Synthesis and catalytic performance of carbon-supported bimetallic PdNi catalysts for selective hydrogenation of citral
Abstract:In this paper, taking advantages of the exchangeability of interlayer anions and the adjustability of metal cations in the lattices of layered double hydroxides (LDHs), ternary NiMgAl-LDHs with interlayer palladium-containing complex anions were synthesized. Highly dispersed carbon-supported bimetallic PdNi nanocatalysts were further fabricated through thermal hybridization of LDHs with glucose under hydrothermal conditions and following high-temperature self-reduction under inert atmosphere. A series of systematic characterizations reveal that uniform bimetallic PdNi nanoparticles in supported catalysts can be highly dispersed on the surface of supports, and the synergistic effect between Pd and Ni leads to the excellent catalytic performance of catalysts in the liquid-phase selective hydrogenation of citral.
