稀酸处理三秋悬铃木落叶糖化工艺研究

摘要:本研究采用稀硫酸对行道三球悬铃木(俗称法国梧桐)落叶的糖化工艺进行预处理研究,结合3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定水解液中还原糖含量的方法,考察了水解温度、水解时间、稀硫酸浓度(g/g)、固液比(g/mL)等因素对三球悬铃木落叶水解产物还原糖的影响,在单因素实验的基础上通过正交实验确定最优水解工艺条件为:硫酸浓度为2%、水解温度为130℃、固液比为1:20、水解时间为60min、粉碎粒度为0.25-0.425mm。并对稀酸处理液进行循环再利用,对不同循环次数处理后的落叶进行光合生物制氢,以累积产氢量为依据,得出处理液可进行3次有效循环利用,对降低预处理成本有一定的意义。

Study on the pretreament process of platanus orientalis leaves by dilute sulfuric acid
Abstract:Platanus orientalis was pretreated by the dilute method and reducing sugars in the hydrolysate was measured by the DNS method, including the hydrolyzing temperature, hydrolyzing time, concentration of the dilute sulfuric acid and the rate of solid to liquid, the optimum pretreatment conditions were were obtained by the quadratic general rotary unitized design. The optimum pretreatment conditions were 2% H2SO4 (v/v),the hydrolyzing temperature of 130℃, the rate of solid to liquid 1:20, hydrolyzing time 60min, granularity 0.25-0.425mm. And the dilute acid treatment solution was recycled, cumulative hydrogen production was based on, hydrogen production from the leaves treated with different cycle times, The results show that the treatment solution can be used for 3 times
