香料化合物广谱降解菌的分离、鉴定与降解性能分析

摘要:从香料厂的污水处理池样品中分离微生物,唯一碳源法检测菌株对香料化合物的利用能力,基于16S rRNA基因的克隆与测序进行分子鉴定,监测COD值和氨氮含量的变化从而分析混合使用广谱降解菌对香料厂污水的处理能力。结果表明,获得的5株广谱降解菌,分别鉴定至节杆菌属、假单胞菌属、颇陌菌属和变形杆菌属,能高效降解利用多种香料化合物,混合菌株处理污水可使化学需氧量COD降到100 mg/L以下,氨氮含量降到15 mg/L以下,半衰期为5天,污水达到排放标准。?????

Isolation, identification and degradation ability of extensive flavor-degrading microorganisms
Abstract:Extensive flavor-degrading microorganisms were isolated from the activated sludge tank of a spice factory. Various flavor products were used as the sole carbon source to screen the flavor-degrading microorganisms.The 16S rRNA genes were cloned, sequenced and analyzed to identify the taxonomic position of strains. The sewage treatment effects were analyzed by monitoring the change of COD and ammonia nitrogen contents. As a result, five flavor-degrading strains have been identified as members that belong to the Arthrobacter, Pseudomonas, Advenella, and Proteus genuses respectively. These strains can degrade a variety of flavor compounds and the bacterial mixture can drop chemical oxygen demand (COD) below 100 mg/l and the ammonia nitrogen below 15 mg/l. The half-life is 5 days. Wastewater discharge is standard finally.?????
