粘合剂对储热调温织物性能影响的研究

摘要:为了研究两种粘合剂对储热调温织物性能的影响,首先采用原位聚合法制备以尿素改性的蜜胺树脂为壁材,以正十八烷为芯材的相变微胶囊,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了微胶囊的表面形貌和粒径分布。随后分别以水性聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯作为粘合剂加入微胶囊整理液中对纯棉织物进行整理,对其进行SEM、DSC、红外测温仪、耐洗性、力学性能测试。研究结果表明:经不同粘合剂整理的相变微胶囊涂层织物,在外界环境发生变化的过程中减缓了升降温的速率具有优异的调温功能。经聚丙烯酸酯整理的织物表面更加致密、光滑,熔融相变焓达到30.57J/g,具有更明显的储热调温效果,同时耐洗性和力学性能优良,具有更好的服用性能。?????

Study on the Performence of Thermo-regulated Textile Fabric Using Binders
Abstract:To study the effects of different binders on the performance of thermo-regulated textile fabric, phase change microcapsules were prepared using urea modified melamine resin as wall material and n-octadecane as core material through the in-situ polymerization method. The surface morphology and size distribution of the microcapsules were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Then, waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate were added into the microcapsule finishing solution, the cotton fabric were treated by two different finishing solutions. SEM, DSC, infrared thermometer, washability and mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that the phase change microcapsulated fabric treated with different binders reduce the rate of heating and cooling in the process of changing the external environment, and had excellent temperature regulation function. The surface of the fabric treated by polyacrylate was more compact and smooth, and the enthalpy of melt phase transition was 30.57J/g, which had announced effect on the heat storage and temperature regulation, better washability and mechanical properties, and thus better performance.
