摘要:运动员通过补充β-丙氨酸可以延缓骨骼肌疲劳以提高锻炼和训练的质量,且其在非运动员和/或临床医学上被证明也是很有价值的。本文综述了β-丙氨酸的生理功能、补充β-丙氨酸对运动能力的影响及其补充剂量和方法的新近研究进展,以期为β-丙氨酸在实践中的应用提供参考。

Research progress in sports training and supplement β-Alanine on human exercise ability and health effects
Abstract:Athletes through beta-alanine supplementation can delay skeletal muscle fatigue in order to improve the training and the quality of training, and the non athletes and/or clinics proved to be of great value. This article will examine the physiology of β-Alanine and dosing patterns, and therapeutic effects, and issues associated with its use, in order to application of β-alanine in practice to provide reference.
