应用GGE双标图分析丹参杂种一代品系的稳定性和适应性

摘要:目的:评估丹参杂种一代品系的稳定性和适应性。方法:采用GGE双标图模型分析5个丹参杂种一代品系和2个生产对照种质开展一年多点试验数据,评价了参试材料单根重和有效成分含量的表现及稳定性,同时考察了4个试验点的区分力和代表性。结果:在北京海淀,H4的单根重和丹酚酸B适应性好,稳定性高;在北京密云H4和H16的单根重和有效成分的适应性好、稳定性高;在陕西商洛H24的单根重和有效成分适应性好,稳定性高;在河南方城H24的丹酚酸B含量高,适应性好。通过分析环境的区分力和代表性可以确定丹参杂种一代的选育区及筛选区。北京海淀和河南方城分别作为选育高产、高丹酚酸B含量为目标和高脂溶性成分为目标的选育地点。品系需要在具有区分力的环境作进一步淘汰。在北京密云淘汰产量低的品系,在河南方城淘汰脂溶性成分含量低的品系,在陕西商洛淘汰脂溶性成分含量低的品系。结论:应用GGE双标图评价分析方法可以较好地分析丹参杂种一代品系的稳定性和适应性,为筛选出优良品种、确定丹参选育试验地点和科学的建立丹参区域试验点提供科学参考。

GGE Biplots in the Stability and Adaptation Evaluation for Hybrid F1 Salvia miltiorrhiza Lines
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the stability and adaptation of single root weight and active compounds content of hybrid Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge F1 lines. Method: We applied GGE-biplot to analyze the stability of yield and quality traits, and representativeness and discrimination of testing site, with 5 F1 hybrid lines and 2 production germplasm planted in four different testing sites. Result: H4 had better performance and stability at yield and salvianolic acid B content in Beijing-haidian; H4 and H16 had better performance and stability at yield and active compounds content in Beijing-miyun; H24 had better performance and stability at yield and active compounds content in Shanxi-shangluo; H24 had better performance and stability at yield and lipophilic ingredients content in Henan-fangcheng. The breeding region and selection region of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge F1 lines could modified through the analysis of testing site's representativeness and discrimination. Through the analysis of testing site's representativeness, we could determine the breeding region of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge: Beijing-haidian and Henan-fangcheng had better representativeness at salvianolic acid B and lipophilic ingredients content, respectively. When planted in Beijing-miyun cultivars with low yield could be eliminated, while Henan-fangcheng and Shanxi-shangluo could eliminate cultivar with low lipophilic ingredients content. Conclusion: GGE-biplot was a rational method for stability and adaptation evaluation of Salvia miltiorrhiza F1 lines, and could assist us to select good culture and suitable test site. It provide scientific basis for the establishment of breeding site and selection site of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
