表面处理对氧化铝模板浸润性的影响

摘要:以利用二次阳极氧化法制备了具有纳米孔道的氧化铝模板,并通过改变蚀刻时间实现对氧化铝模板孔道直径的控制。然后通过离子溅射法在氧化铝模板正面沉积形成了金纳米薄膜,还在金薄膜表面涂覆了一层Nafion膜,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对所合成材料进行结构和形貌的表征分析;同时重点利用接触角测量仪对金纳米孔薄膜及涂覆Nafion膜后的浸润性进行了研究,分析了水在镀金的氧化铝模板表面所形成的接触角的角度变化。

Effect of Surface Treatment to the Wettability of the Anodized Aluminum Oxide Membranes
Abstract:Anodized aluminum oxide membranes with nano-sized pore were prepared by the two-step anodic oxidation method. The pore diameters of the Anodized aluminum oxide membranes were controlled by changing the etching time. Then, a layer of Au nanofilm and Nafion film was deposited on the surface of the mambrane by the ion sputtering method. SEM was used to analysize the structure and morphology of the synthesized materials. In the mean time, contact angle measuring instrument was used to research the wettability of Au film with nanopores. The relation between the pore diameters and the wettability was also investigated.
