磁悬浮转子轴向位移径向测量方法研究

摘要:磁悬浮转子轴向位移通常是轴向直接测量,但有些场合不允许在轴向直接安装传感器,针对这一情况,提出了一种磁悬浮转子轴向位移径向测量的方法。进行了悬浮转子轴向位移径向测量的原理性实验;推导了磁悬浮转子系统径向测量值与轴向位移之间的计算解析式;分析了该轴向位移径向测量误差;最后,进行了验证性实验,实验结果表明该磁悬浮转子轴向位移径向测量方法的正确性和可行性。

Study on Radial Measuring Method of the Axial Displacement of Magnetic Suspension Rotor
Abstract:The axial displacement of magnetic suspension rotor is usually measured in axial direction. But in some application the structure does not allow sensors to be installed directly in axial direction. In view of this situation, a radial measuring method for axial displacement of magnetic suspension rotor is presented in this paper. The principle experiment for the radial displacement of the suspended rotor is carried out. The analytic formula for the relationship between radial measurement and axial displacement of magnetic suspension rotor is deduced. Error of the radial measuring method is analyzed. Finally, the verifying experiment is carried out. And the experimental results prove the validity and feasibility of radial measuring method for axial displacement of magnetic suspension rotor.
