摘要:利用不同比例均苯四甲酸交联线性麦芽糊精聚合物作为手性光敏化剂,考察了(Z)-环辛烯(1Z)化转化为手性对映异构体(1E)-环辛烯的光化学过程。这些均苯四甲酸二酐交联的线性麦芽糊精聚合物可以通过吸水而膨胀,故称其为"纳米海绵"(NS)。聚合物可以随着浓度的增加发生相态的改变,从溶液态依次变为悬浮颗粒态、流动凝胶态和凝胶态。相态的不同对敏化产物1E的对映体过量值(%ee)有决定性的作用。产物1E的%ee值在溶液态、悬浮颗粒态和流动凝胶态基本不变,然而在到达凝胶态的临界处%ee值发生跳跃性变化,并且近一步在刚性凝胶状态发生反转。

Supramolecular Photochirogenesis Sensitized by Linear Maltodextrin-based Nanosponges
Abstract:Enantiodifferentiating photoisomerization of (Z)-cyclooctene (1Z) to chiral (E)-isomer (1E) were studied by using the pyromellitate cross-linked linear maltodextrins as chiral photosensitizers. These pyromellitate cross-linked linear maltodextrins swell drastically upon absorption of water, behaving as so-called 'nanosponge' (NS). The phase states of these NSs are highly dependent on the water contents, and NSs can evolve from isotropic solutions to suspensions, and then flowing gels, to ultimately afford rigid gels by gradually increasing their content in water. The enantiomeric excess (ee) of 1E obtained from sensitization by these NSs was a critical function of the phase conditions. The %ee of 1E obtained was relatively insensitive to the phase of isotropic solution, suspension and flowing gel. However, a jump of the enantioselectivity was observed in the edge between flowing gel and rigid gel, even affording the (E)-isomer (1E) in opposite enantioselectivity in the rigid gel state.
