金钗石斛花花色苷组成及抗氧化活性分析

摘要:本文以金钗石斛花为原料,采用大孔树脂吸附法纯化金钗石斛花花色苷、液质联用法测定金钗石斛花花色苷的组成,还原力测定、DPPH法和ABTS法研究金钗石斛花花色苷的抗氧化能力。实验结果共分析出13种花色苷,主要为矢车菊素类化合物;抗氧化能力显示样品和Trolox对DPPH的半抑制浓度IC50为159.92μg/mL和33.17μg/mL,对ABTS的半抑制浓度IC50为 525μg/mL和33.55μg/mL,为进一步分析探究金钗石斛花花色苷提供了科学依据。

Study on composition and antioxidant activity of anthocyanins in flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.
Abstract:The flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. was used as materials and anthocyanins in the flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. was purified by AB-8 macroporous resins. The compositions of anthocyanins in flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. were identified by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS). The antioxidant activity was evaluated by the following three indexes, reducing power activity, scavenging activity of DPPH radical and scavenging activity of ABTS radical. The results showed that a total of thirteen anthocyanins were identified- mainly cyanidin. The IC50 values of DPPH radical scavenging activity for anthocyanins from the flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. and Trolox were 159.92μg/mL and 33.17μg/mL, respectively. And the IC50 values of ABTS radical scavenging activity for anthocyanins from the flower of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. and Trolox were 525μg/mL and 33.55μg/mL, respectively. This paper can provides basis for future research.
