针刺长强穴对静息态下海马功能链接影响的功能磁共振成像研究

摘要:目的:采用静息态功能磁共振技术观察针刺长强穴的脑功能链接情况。方法:招募8名健康志愿受试者,运用西门子3.0T磁共振在针刺前后进行静息态图像采集,以双侧海马为种子点,采用功能链接的方法分析种子点与各脑区的功能链接情况。结果:与针刺前比较,针刺后,右侧海马与左小脑后叶(BA19)、左中央前回(BA6)、右额上回(BA6)的功能链接减弱,与右楔前叶(BA37)的功能链接增强;左侧海马与左梭状回(BA19)、右颞下回(BA37)、右额下回(BA48)、左顶下小叶(BA40)功能链接减弱,与右颞叶(BA18)功能链接增强。结论:针刺长强穴对多个脑区与双侧海马的功能链接有影响,其中,右楔前叶、右颞下回与海马的功能链接增强为针刺长强穴治疗智力障碍性疾病提供了一定依据。

The Changes of Functional Connectivity of Hippocmpus by Acupuncturing Changqiang(DU1) Point in Healthy Controls: A Resting-State fMRI Study
Abstract:Objective: To explore the changes of functional connectivity of hippocmpus at pre and after acupuncturing DU1 by resting-state fMRI(rs-fMRI).Methods:8 healthy controls were scaned by Siemens 3.0 MRI in resting-state to collect the cerebral images before and after acupuncture. The functional connectivity of the whole cerebral with hippocmpus were tested by seed point correlation analysis.Result: After acupuncture,the functional connectivity of hippocmpus (R) with Precuneus (R) were increased ,but the functional connectivities of hippocmpus (R) with Cerebellum Posterior Lobe (L), Precentral (L) and Superior Frontal Gyrus(R) were decreased. After acupuncture,the functional connectivity of Hippocmpus (L) with Temporal Lobe (R) were increased ,but the functional connectivities of hippocmpus (L) with Fusiform Gyrus (L), Temporal_Inf (R) , Frontal Lobe // Sub-Gyral (R) and Inferior Parietal Lobule (L) were decreased.Conclusion:Acupncturing DU1 could relulagte the functional connectivities of hippocmpus with several cerebral areas. The increase of the functional connectivities of hippocmpus with Precuneus (R) and Temporal Lobe (R) may be the mechanism of DU1 at treating intellectual disability diseases.
