高剪切油团聚分选低阶煤泥试验研究

摘要:低阶煤在我国储量丰富,但其煤泥的常规浮选效果较差。本文比较了陕西咸阳长焰煤的浮选与高剪切油团聚的分选效果,建议发展用高剪切油团聚分选低阶煤泥。还探究了另一低阶煤泥的高剪切油团聚过程中,异辛醇(活化剂),架桥液种类(煤油、正十二烷)、用量,高速剪切的搅拌转速、时间,以及煤泥的解离方式等因素对分选效果的影响。试验证明:添加合适的表面改性剂,选取适宜的架桥液种类及用量,设定合理的搅拌速度与时间,以及分选前将低阶煤样预先破碎研磨,均可改善高剪切油团聚对低阶煤泥的分选效果。

Experimental Study on High Shear Oil Agglomeration of Low - grade Slime
Abstract:Low-grade coalreservesrichin China,but the conventional flotation effect the slime is poor.In this paper,we compared the effectofflotationandhigh shear oil agglomerationoftheShanxi'sLong flamecoal.It is suggested to use the method-high shear oilagglomeration to sort low grade slime.It also explored some factors on the sorting effectin the process of high shear oil agglomeration of another low-grade slime,such as isooctanol(activator),thetypeand dosage of the bridging fluid (kerosene, n-dodecane),the speed and time of the high-speed shearmixing,as well as the dissolution of slime.The results show that theexistence of appropriate surface modifier,selectingthe appropriate type and dosage of bridging fluid,setting reasonable stirring speed and time,and pre-sorting low-grade coal sample by grinding,can improve the effect of reunion of the high shear oil agglomeration of the sorting of low - grade slime.
