铂镍有序碗状阵列膜的制备及其甲醇电催化性能

摘要:在单层聚苯乙烯胶体模板的辅助下,采用直流电化学沉积法成功合成了Pt-Ni有序碗状阵列膜结构,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散能谱仪(EDS)对所合成样品的形貌和组分进行了表征测试。然后利用循环伏安法和计时电流法对比研究了这种新型微纳阵列结构对甲醇的电催化性能,结果表明:Pt-Ni有序碗状阵列膜具有较高的催化活性,电催化氧化甲醇的峰电流密度可达24 mA/cm2,有望应用于直接甲醇燃料电池。

Synthesis and Methanol Electrocatalytic Performance of Pt-Ni Ordered bowl-like Array Films
Abstract:Pt-Ni ordered bowl-like array films were fabricated by electrochemical deposition method with the help of monolayer polystyrene sphere template. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. Then, the activity and stability of Pt-Ni array film to the methanol oxidation were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperograms methods. The results indicated that Pt-Ni ordered bowl-like array films have a high activity to the methanol oxidation with a peak current of 24 mA/cm2, which could be used in direct methanol fuel cell.
