罗丹明噻吩衍生物的合成及对三价铁离子的识别研究

摘要:通过酰化反应合成了以罗丹明内酰胺结构为母体的化学传感器,并通过紫外分光光度计,荧光分光光度计检测了其对三价铁离子的识别能力。其在乙醇和水的混合溶液中对铁离子有很好的选择性。由荧光光谱显示,在铁离子存在下在580 nm处出现较强的吸收峰,然而加入其它离子,荧光强度没有明显变化。络合化学计量比为1:1,铁离子的加入导致溶液颜色变红,其可以作为识别铁离子的"裸眼"荧光传感器。

Synthesis of Thiophene Modified Rhodamine and Its Recognition of Fe3+
Abstract:The chemical sensor with rhodamine lactam structure was synthesized by acylation reaction. And its recognition for Fe(Ⅲ) was studied by UV spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer. It has a good selectivity for Fe(Ⅲ) in a mixed solution of ethanol and water. Fluorescence spectra showed that a strong absorption peak appeared at 580 nm in the presence of Fe(Ⅲ), but no other metal ions were added, and the fluorescence intensity did not change significantly. The complex stoichiometric ratio is 1: 1, adding Fe(Ⅲ), the color of the solution becomes red, which can be used as a "naked eye" fluorescent sensor.
