6种全谷物对大鼠盲肠微生物的影响

摘要:以大鼠为动物模型探究6种全谷物(全麦、糙米、燕麦、荞麦、糜子、谷子)对盲肠微生物的影响。结果表明,全谷物组大鼠盲肠内容物短链脂肪酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中荞麦组总短链脂肪酸含量最高,为37.89mmol/L。采用高通量测序技术对大鼠盲肠菌群进行分析,结果显示,丰度大于1%的门类群有6个,主要的门类群是厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),全谷物组中拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门的比值高于对照组,其中糙米组比值最大(0.09)。在Lactobacillus属中,全谷物组相对丰度均高于对照组;在Escherichia属中,除谷子组外,其他全谷物组的相对丰度均低于对照组。全谷物可以改善肠道环境,调节肠道菌群,对肠道有一定的益生作用。此外,全谷物的料重比均高于对照组,说明全谷物在体重控制方面也有一定作用。

Effects of Six Whole grains on Caecal Microorganisms in Rats
Abstract:The effects of six whole grains (whole wheat, brown rice, oat, buckwheat, millet, foxtail millet) on the caecal microbes were explored in rats. The results showed that the content of short chain fatty acids in caecal contents of whole grains group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The total short chain fatty acid content in buckwheat group was the highest (37.89mmol / L). High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the caecal bacteria in rats,the results showed that 6 phyla were more than 1% abundance, and the three main phyla were Firmicutes, Verrucomicrobia and Bacteroidetes. The ratio of Bacteroides and Firmicutes in the whole grain groups were higher than that control group, and the ratio of the brown rice group was the highest(0.09), which indicated that whole grain had a certain effect on body weight control. The relative abundance of Lactobacillus in whole grains was higher than that of the control group. The relative abundance of Escherichia of in the whole grain group was lower than that of the control group,except the millet group. Whole grains can improve the intestinal environment and regulate intestinal microbiota. In addition,the gain ratio of whole grain groups were also higher than control group, which means that whole grains have the effects of controlling body weight.
