集料表面微观纹理的三维数值模型重构方法

摘要:沥青路面粗集料表面的微观纹理影响着路面的抗滑性能。本文使用白光干涉仪对集料表面的微观纹理进行测量,得到了集料表面高精度的形貌信息。基于测量得到的集料表面空间坐标逆向建模,建立了集料的三维可视化曲面模型。为了实现集料微观纹理的虚拟力学试验,将集料表面的曲面模型导入有限元分析软件中,建立三维有限元数值模型,为将来的有限元力学数值模拟奠定基础。

3D numerical model reconstruction of aggregate micro texture
Abstract:The micro texture of aggregate affects the skid resistance of asphalt pavement. In this paper,the white-light interferometer is used to measure the surface micro texture of aggregate. To reverse modeling the 3D surface model of the aggregate based on the spatial coordinates of the aggregate surface. On this basis, in order to achieve the virtual mechanical test on aggregate micro texture, the surface model of the aggregate is imported into FE software to generate the 3D FE numerical model. This model will laying foundations to FE mechanical numerical simulation of aggregate micro texture.
