摘要:不同的羊膜类动物(爬行类、鸟类和哺乳类),睾丸的形态结构和生精细胞在生精上皮的排列是不尽相同的。这种形态上的差异性和特异性有利于羊膜类动物从水栖过渡到陆栖生活,并有助于从卵生到羊膜类受精的进化。研究比较爬行动物和其它羊膜动物之间生殖细胞发育周期、精子发生过程形态学以及超微结构的不同,为了解和阐明爬行动物进化过程提供重要的过渡和进化性意义。

Advances in the study of spermatogenesis in reptiles
Abstract:The morphology of the testis and the arrangement of spermatogenic cells in the seminiferous epithelium are not the same in reptiles, birds, and mammals. This morphological diversity and specificity among animals occurs form amniotic transition to terrestrial life, and from the evolution of fertilization class into the amniotic egg. Study on the comparison between reptiles and other animal amniotic germ cell development cycle and spermatogenesis , provides the understanding and significance of evolution .
