蜂窝空腔板的隔声性能分析

摘要:基于三传声器测量传声损失的方法,建立了计算蜂窝空腔板传声损失的有限元分析模型。通过三层介质传声理论和蜂窝空腔板的驻波管实验对该有限元分析模型进行了有效性验证。利用有限元分析模型分析了蜂窝空腔板的传声特性,讨论了空腔单元间距、空腔单元壁厚、板厚度、损耗因子以及杨氏模量对蜂窝空腔板传声特性的影响,指出空腔单元壁厚、板厚度和杨氏模量对其传声损失有较大影响,为此类结构的工程设计与优化提供了参考。

Sound Insulation Performance of Honeycomb-hole Panels
Abstract:Based on the three-microphone method of sound transmission loss (TL), the finite elements analytical model of honeycomb-hole panels is established to calculate TL. The model is proven effective by sound transmission theory of three-layer medium and standing wave tube experiment of honeycomb-hole panel. Acoustic performance of honeycomb-hole panels is analyzed by using the finite elements analytical model. The effects of spacing and wall thickness of hole element, panel thickness, loss factor and Young's modulus on acoustic performance of honeycomb-hole panel are discussed, which indicates that wall thickness of hole element, panel thickness and Young's modulus have greater influence on TL. The result provides a reference for the engineering design and optimization of such kind of structures.
