摘要:汞及其化合物广泛存在于各类环境介质和食物链中,因其毒性以及生物放大作用,对环境和人类健康存在极大危害,因此对汞的检测及形态分析十分重要。本文概述了2012年至今,原子光谱法检测环境及生物样品中的汞,并从样品处理、进样方式、检测仪器以及分离方法方面进行了小结。

Analysis of trace mercury in enviromental and biological samples by atomic spectrometry
Abstract:Mercury and its compounds exist widely in environmental media and food chain. It is of importance to determinate and separate mercury and its species due to their high toxicity and biomagnification as a huge risk for environment and human health .The current analysis of mercury and its applications in environmental and biological science since 2012 are breifly reviewed. The recent developments in sample preparation, sample introduction, instrumentation and speciation analysis are summarized.
