温拌沥青混凝土感应加热自愈合性能研究

摘要:感应加热自愈合能够有效修复沥青混凝土中的裂纹,有望成为先进的沥青路面预防性养护技术。本文研究了温拌沥青混凝土感应加热特性,并采用疲劳-愈合-再疲劳、三点弯曲断裂-愈合-再断裂试验,以疲劳寿命和强度恢复率为自愈合指标,研究了温拌沥青混凝土的感应加热自愈合效率。结果表明:感应加热存在明显的梯度效应,温度梯度的变化只与试件本身加热深度有关;所研究的温拌沥青混凝土的最佳加热温度为75℃,单次感应加热可以使温拌沥青混合料的疲劳寿命延长55%以上、强度恢复率达到65%,说明可利用感应加热修复温拌沥青混凝土。

Induction heating activated self-healing of warm mix asphalt concrete
Abstract:Induction heating activated self-healing of asphalt concrete can effectively close the cracks within asphalt concrete, thus being a promising advanced cracking maintenance technology for asphalt pavement. This paper investigates the inudction heating characterics of warm mix asphalt concrete and fatigue-healing-refatigue and fracture- healing-refracture tests are conducted to study the self healing properties of warm mix asphalt concrete with induction heating, where the fatigue life and fracture strength recovery ratios are used as healing indices. It is found that induction heating of asphalt concrete is a typical gradient heating and the heating gradient is only dependent on the depth of the sample.The optimal healing temperature of the warm mix aspahlt concrete is 75 C. A single heating can extend the fatigue life of the mixture by 55% and the strength recovery ratio reaches 65%. It means that induction heating can be used to heal the cracks in warm mix asphalt concrete.
