丁香酚缓释型抑菌垫的制备及缓释行为

摘要:丁香酚作为一种天然的抑菌剂受到了广泛关注,然而丁香酚的不愉快气味致使其实用受到了一定限制。本课题利用固定化技术制备了环糊精、柠檬酸交联PET无纺布,以丁香酚作为包埋对象进行了包埋负载,获得了缓释型无纺布。实验通过红外光谱、光电子能谱、力学性能分析,光学显微镜对缓释无纺布进行了表征,同时模拟了三种环境进行了缓释释放行为研究。结果表明,丁香酚缓释型抑菌垫在三种模拟液中均有缓释行为,在50%乙醇溶液中有明显的突释行为,在正己烷模拟液中缓释现象较为明显,说明该缓释抑菌垫适用于高脂肪类食品的抑菌包装可以发挥长效抗菌作用。

Preparation and release behavior of eugenol inhibitory pad
Abstract:Eugenol, as a kind of natural antibacterial agent has received the widespread attention, but the unpleasant smell of eugenol is limited in use. In this paper,we reported a crosslinking PET non-woven using cyclodextrin and citric acid immobilized together. The eugenol was loaded into the crosslinking PET non-woven. The IR, XPS, mechanical property analysis and optical microscopy were used to characterize the compound. The release behavior of three kinds of environments were simulated. The results showed that eugenol slow-release bacteriostatic pad in the fluid of the three kinds of simulation have sustained-release behavior. Obvious burst release behavior was observed in 50% ethanol solution. Slow-release phenomenon is more obvious in n-hexane fluid simulation. The eugenol inhibitory pad is suitable for high fat food antimicrobial packaging which can play a role of long-acting antibacterial.
