表观遗传学及其研究方法的进展

摘要:表观遗传传学调控在过去十几年间得到深入的研究,组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化、染色质重塑和非编码RNA介导的基因调控对人类多种重大疾病的发生和发展中起重要的调控作用。在这里,我们介绍表观遗传学调控途径的原理和研究进展,综述了目前常用的组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化的研究方法及全基因组定位技术,并对它们在表观遗传修饰检测中的应用做了简要说明。

Research and Method Progress of Epigenetics
Abstract:The epigenetic regulation has been intensely studied over the last decades. Histone modification, DNA methylation, chromosome remodeling and RNA-mediated targeting regulate many biological processes that are fundamental to the genesis and development in many disease. Here, we present the basic principles and progress behind these epigenetic research. The most commonly used and newly developed techniques of histone modification, DNA methylation and genome-wide mapping technique are reviewed and their applications in the detection are made a brief comment.
