基于雷达数据的高炉料层分布研究

摘要:通过对雷达数据的处理和炉料运动规律的分析,提出了采用等体积法,由自由料面降速计算内部料层的径向移动速度和垂直下降速度,构建料层下降模型,结合曲线拟合方法,实现时间-径向-高度上的多角度料层分布趋势图,从时间维度上可分析布料过程中是否存在异常状况,从径向维度上可分析料层动态分布和矿焦比分布情况,直观再现炉料变化历程,为高炉运行和控制提供了可视化的评定方式。

Visualization and Descent speed analysis of layer distribution of furnace burden based on array radar of blast furnace
Abstract:The visualization of layer distribution of furnace burden in the time-radial-height dimension is presented based on array radar measured data of burden surface. Abnormal data mining algorithm of statistical model and data sampling method is adopted to obtain valid data. And according to the regularity of the burden descent speed along the radial distribution, propose the surface descent speed in radial of furnace burden is revised by the least square method that based on the parabola model, and construction the burden descent model. And in radial-height, the 4 curve description method is used to revise new burden surface and coke collapse model is adopted to revise coke layer, and the layer distribution of furnace burden is presented in the time-radial-height dimension, which intuitive change of burden. And the radial distribution of ore to coke ratio is calculated by the thickness of ore and coke, provides an intuitive way to the analysis of the operation status of blast furnace.
