爆破动力荷载输入方式的比较

摘要:简要阐述了目前振动爆破数值模拟采用的方法,采用有限元软件对有炮孔模型和无炮孔模型这两种爆破模型进行数值模拟分析,并对两种模型的振动衰减规律和速度时程变化曲线进行比较分析。结果表明:有炮孔模型和无炮孔模型在软件中都能够实现,在爆源5m以外,两种模型的计算结果基本相似;随着距离的增大,两种模型的衰减规律及数值上的差异越来越小;但在5m以内时,无炮孔模型的计算结果更符合振动衰减规律;由于无炮孔模型的计算效率较有炮孔模型提高近40%,因此建议在该软件中进行爆破振动模拟时尽可能采用无炮孔模型。

The comparative study of input mode of blasting load
Abstract:Current blasting methods of vibration were briefly reviewed in this paper. The numerical simulation, the GTS NX, numerical simulation analysis was carried out on two types of blasting model. The vibration attenuation law and speed variation curve of the comparative analysis were also evaluated. The results showed that the model with and without hole model was both able to be created in the software. For an explosive source 5 m outside, similar results were obtained. With the increase of distance, the attenuation law of two models and numerical differences are getting smaller, but within 5 m, without-hole model calculation results agree with the vibration attenuation law. The without-hole model calculation efficiency increase nearly 40% than the with-hole model. , It was Without-hole model was recommended for blasting vibration in the software simulation.
