常压抗溶剂中的静电纺丝

摘要:本研究中进行了乙醇和不同体积比的乙醇/水抗溶剂中的聚己内酯/二氯甲烷和聚己内酯/二氯甲烷/乙醇溶液的静电纺丝实验。产品的形貌和热性质分别采用扫描电镜和差分量热仪表征。通过改变抗溶剂乙醇/水体积比可以调节溶剂提取/去除速率并制备不同形貌的产品纤维,包括表面光滑高分子纤维,粗糙带孔纤维,多根纤维缠绕的大尺寸纤维等。不同抗溶剂中的溶剂去除/蒸发速率为乙醇>醇水7/3>醇水1/1>空气。溶剂去除速率越大,纤维表面越粗糙。抗溶剂中静电纺丝及在母液加入抗溶剂的静电纺丝并未使纤维结晶度发生明显改变,但抗溶剂中产品纤维熔点略微升高。

Electrospinning in ambient anti-solvent
Abstract:In this study, the electrospinning of polycaprolactone (PCL) / dichloromethane (DCM) and PCL / DCM / ethanol solutions were conducted in anti-solvent of ethanol and ethanol / water mixed solvent with different ethanol / water ratios. The product was characterized by SEM for morphology and DSC for thermal property. The solvent extraction / removal rate could be manipulated to prepare PCL fibers with different morphologies including the fiber with smooth surface, porous fiber with coarse surface, fiber ribbon composed with multiple fibers. The order for rate of solvent extraction / removal of the anti-solvents was : ethanol > ethanol / water 7:3 > ethanol / water 1:1 > air. The larger solvent extraction / removal rate led to the product fiber with coarse surface. The PCL crystallinity did not show significant changes from the electrospinning in anti-solvent or addition of extra ethanol to the mother solution, while the melting point of the product fibers from the electrospinning in anti-solvent demonstrated slight increase.
