螺杆弯齿式花生摘果滚筒设计与仿真

摘要:摘果滚筒是花生摘果装置中重要的部件,对花生的摘净率和破碎率有直接的影响。为了提高花生摘净率、降低破碎率、提高花生植株输送能力和防止花生秧蔓缠绕,设计了螺杆弯齿式摘果滚筒。通过受力分析和计算,确定了摘果滚筒的结构和主要参数。利用Creo软件建立了三维模型;利用ANSYS软件对摘果滚筒进行了模态分析,结果显示摘果滚筒的振动频率与机身和电动机的振动频率不在一个频段,不会发生共振现象;根据实际摘果作业情况,利用ADAMS软件进行了动力学仿真,得到了花生植株在摘果滚筒中的运动和受冲击图谱,仿真结果表明在螺杆和弯齿共同作用下花生植株按螺旋方式前进且所受冲击力较小,为自主研制两段式收获方式下的花生摘果装置提供一定参考价值。

The design and simulation of screw bending-tooth peanut picking roller
Abstract:The picking roller is one of important part of the peanut picking device which directly to the peanut picking rate and breaking rate. The screw bending-tooth is designed to solve the items that increasing picking rate, decreasing breaking rate, improving transport ability, avoiding plant twine, etc. The picking roller structure and main parameters are defined through mechanics analysis and calculation. The model is built by Creo; the roller's modal analysis is established by ANSYS, the result shows that the roller vibration frequency is different from the whole machine and the motor, the sympathetic will not happen; according to the real picking operation, and putting the flexible peanut plant and picking roller body guide to ADAMS to simulate, obtaining the peanut plant displacement, speed, acceleration and stress curve in picking device, the result is that the peanut plant moving as helical line,.there are some certain references to develop peanut picking device under two-stage harvest model.
