构建功能化组织工程支架修复软骨损伤的研究策略

摘要:目的:软骨损伤修复是目前临床研究中的重点、难点,运用组织工程技术对软骨损伤进行修复的研究很多,但是组织工程支架对软骨损伤修复的具体作用机制尚不明了。随着研究的深入,细胞周围微环境对细胞生物学活动的影响是目前关注的重点,利用功能多肽模拟干细胞周围微环境,调控干细胞的粘附、增殖以及分化已成为组织工程技术重要的发展方向,并被称为"功能化组织工程支架"。本文对近年来发现的干细胞功能多肽进行了一一列举,对其在组织工程中的应用进行了回顾,认为该技术将是组织工程软骨修复的重点发展方向,具有广阔的应用前景和临床价值。

Strategy of construction of functional scaffold for cartilage repair
Abstract:Cartilage repair was very complicating and a great challenge for clinical researchers. Much effect was focused on the tissue engineering research for cartilage repair, but the biological property and mechanism of the scaffold on the cartilage repair was not clearly clarified. the micro-environment of the stem cell was the most priority recently, and the bio-mimic peptide was applied in the tissues engineering, to functionalize the scaffold to modulating the adhesion, amplifying and differentiation of the stem cells. In present article, we reviewed the stem cell functionalized peptide represented in the previous studies, and concluded that peptide modification to reconstruct a functional scaffold is a potentially resolution of tissue engineering for cartilage repair.
