医疗门诊预约管理理论综述与展望

摘要:随着我国医保政策的逐步完善以及人民生活水平的提高,患者就医需求日益增长,门诊预约制度在此基础上得到大力发展。门诊预约系统是患者获取医疗服务的初始环节,也是医院进行门诊运营管理的重要组成部分,承担着为患者提供医师资源信息及服务的重要任务。门诊预约管理要求在资源有限的情况下为患者提供优质高效的服务,这就需要不断地对其管理理念和系统设计技术进行深入优化。明确的门诊预约问题定义、优化标准选择、系统设计思想与理论建模方法,能为门诊预约服务的优化改进提供全面的科学指导。本文从上述四个角度出发,回顾了门诊预约管理有关的外文文献,总结普适性规律并在其基础上构建科学的分类体系,详细介绍了门诊预约管理领域的研究现状和潜在发展方向。

Review and prospect on outpatient appointment management
Abstract:As the development of healthcare insurance and living standard in China, healthcare demand expands explosively which leads to the evolvement of outpatient appointment system (OAS). As the first gate for patients accessing healthcare services and major component of outpatients operation management, OAS play an important role in providing healthcare information and services. OAS is required to provide efficient services with limited resources, thus there is great need in optimization on management practice and system design. The optimization and improvement of OAS will benefit from clear problem definition, improved standard, system design and modeling theory. This paper will review literatures on OAS from the 4 perspectives above and conclude the general methods to establish the classification framework, and finally the state of art and future research are comprehensively introduced.
