近临界压力条件下结构参数对CHF传热特性的影响

摘要:为考察近临界压力条件下结构参数对于CHF传热特性的影响,以及对比亚临界条件的影响规律,采用结构分析和实验研究相结合的方法,在较为宽广的参数范围内研究并探索卧式螺旋管的加热管长、管径、螺旋径、螺旋节距等参数对于CHF发生特性的影响。结果发现,CHF值随加热管长、管内径的增大而呈现降低的趋势,同时受到质量流速和入口干度的影响较大,螺旋直径也呈现出相似影响规律,但螺旋节距对CHF的影响较小;实验参数范围内,结构参数对CHF的影响规律相似于亚临界条件,表明影响CHF的几何结构参数与系统参数具有相对独立性。

Influence of structure parameters on CHF under the conditions of near critical pressures
Abstract:To study the influence of structure parameters on CHF heat transfer characteristics near critical pressure conditions, and compare the results of structure analysis in subcritical conditions, in a broad range of parameters the influence on CHF characteristics of horizontal spiral tube heat pipe length, diameter, spiral diameter, helix pitch and other parameters were studied. The results showed that the CHF value increase with the heating pipe length and pipe diameter decrease, at the same time affected by the mass flow rate. The spiral diameter also show a similar influence, but the helix pitch has little effect on CHF; In the current range of experimental parameters, the influence of CHF structure parameters is similar to the law for subcritical conditions, which suggested that the effect of geometrical parameters and system parameters of CHF was relatively independent.
