交通事件下拥堵网络化蔓延的框架模型与算法

摘要:交通拥堵的网络化蔓延是造成大范围拥堵的重要原因。交通拥堵发生后,除沿源发路段自身向上游蔓延外,也会在节点处向相邻路段蔓延,形成网络化蔓延态势,造成区域拥堵。为研究交通拥堵网络化蔓延过程,本文通过分析路段及交叉口拥堵蔓延的规律,建立了事件影响下交通拥堵网络化蔓延的框架模型,并基于地理信息系统设计了拥堵网络化蔓延的可视化表达算法。案例应用表明本文建立的模型和算法能够刻画交通事件下拥堵网络化蔓延的过程,预测拥堵的蔓延速度和蔓延边界,直观展示交通拥堵蔓延状态,可为交通管理者制定管理策略提供依据。

Framework model and algorithm of networked spreading of traffic congestion caused by traffic incidents
Abstract:The network spreading of traffic congestion is the main reason of large area traffic congestion. The traffic congestion can propagate to the upstream along the road where it happens, but it can also propagate through the crossings and the connecting road. And it can become a network spreading and cause large area congestion. The laws of the spread of congestion about the road and crossings are analyzed in this thesis, then, the networked spreading model of traffic congestion is established based on it. Finally the visualizing expression algorithmFramework model and algorithm of networked spreading of traffic congestion caused by traffic incidents is designed based on GIS. Case study indicated that the method is practical and effective, and is able to provide intuitive road congestion spreading state for traffic manager, and provide decision support for developing the corresponding strategies of traffic management.
