轻型柴油车辆典型工况燃料消耗特性试验

摘要:为了建立轻型柴油车辆行驶的油耗模型,以市场某主流品牌轻型柴油车辆为研究对象,搭建车载燃料消耗采集系统,通过控制的道路试验获取典型工况下的车速、时间及瞬时耗油率数据;采用回归分析方法,建立了轻型柴油车辆典型工况下的瞬态燃料消耗模型。试验结果表明:轻型柴油车辆在行驶时,瞬态燃料消耗量由低到高的工况排列依次为平路强制怠速滑行、发动机制动下坡、自由怠速滑行、平路匀速行驶、全油门加速爬坡、平路全油门加速;强制怠速滑行的瞬时燃料消耗远远低于自由怠速滑行。验证试验结果表明,利用道路试验数据通过回归分析建立轻型柴油车辆瞬态燃料消耗模型的方法具有精度较高、成本较低等优点,可为进一步研究轻型柴油车辆实际运行的燃料消耗提供方法参考和数据基础。

Experimental research of fuel consumption performance of light-duty diesel vehicles under typical condition
Abstract:In order to establish fuel consumption model for traveling vehicles, a mainstream light-duty diesel vehicle was studied in this paper to collect data including containing speed, time and fuel consumption rate based on controlled-road test through on-vehicle fuel consumption system. Vehicle fuel consumption characteristic equations were obtained by regression analysis. Analysis showed that the low to high order of instantaneous fuel consumption of light-duty diesel vehicles is engine brake downhill, forced idle sliding condition on level road, engine braking downhill condition, free idle condition, constant speed condition, full throttle acceleration uphill condition, and full throttle acceleration on level roads. At the same time, instantaneous fuel consumption of forced idle sliding condition is much lower than that of the free idle sliding condition. In addition, the model of the transient fuel consumption about light-duty diesel vehicles established using road test data through regression analysis has the advantages of good economy and low cost, which also can provide reference and data for further study on the actual operation fuel consumption of light-duty diesel vehicles.
