零件加工一致性评价技术

摘要:本文针对我国机床加工精度保持性差、可靠性不高等问题,提出了加工相对一致性和绝对一致性的相关概念。首先从几何精度(包括尺寸精度、形状精度、位置精度)、表面加工质量性能指标对零件加工一致性的影响分析;然后,提出了判断相对一致性和绝对一致性数学评价模型和判断标准,并介绍了加工不一致性的识别过程和整体一致性的数学模型,总结出零件加工不一致性的识别和控制流程图;最后,用实例对加工一致性进行验证分析。

Processing consistency evaluative technology
Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as poor precision and reliability of machine tools in our country, puts forward the concepts of relative consistency and absolute consistency. Firstly, the article analyzes geometric precision (including dimensional precision, shape precision, position precision) and the surface processing quality which influence the machining consistency. Besides, this paper puts forward the mathematical evaluation model and criteria of the relative consistency and absolute consistency, introduces the mathematical model of the overall consistency, and summarizes the identification and control flow chart of machining process inconsistency. Finally, an example is given to verify the machining consistency.
