金属构件焊缝残余应力超声检测技术与温度影响分析

摘要:本文针对当前天然气输送管道类金属构件焊缝残余应力检测方法的局限性,提出了一种利用超声临界折射纵波进行残余应力检测的技术,研制残余应力超声检测系统。并利用该系统检测了管道外壁沿着环焊缝附近的轴向和周向焊接残余应力分布情况。同时,考虑到管道所处环境温度变化和管道本身直径的影响,提出了温度补偿技术和曲率补偿技术。

Ultrasonic testing technology for weld residual stress of metal components and temperature effect analysis
Abstract:In view of the limitations of currentmethod for pipeline weld residual stress , this paper proposes a new detecting technology based on longitudinal critical refracted wave and develops a residual stress ultrasonic testing system. Using the system, the outer wall of the pipeline along the ring near the weld of the axial and circumferential welding residual stress distribution is detect. At the same time, considering the influence of the temperature change and the diameter of the pipe itself, the technique of temperature compensation and curvature compensation technique is proposed.
