外源丁酸对干旱胁迫下小麦氮代谢和产量形成的影响

摘要:前期试验证明,外源丁酸可明显提高小麦幼苗抗旱性,但其大田应用效果尚不明确,为研究外源丁酸对小麦抗旱性的影响,本试验以豫农211为试验材料,在大田条件下测定和分析了外源丁酸(拌种5 mmoloL-1,喷施0.25 mmoloL-1)对小麦氮代谢相关指标和产量形成的影响。结果发现,干旱胁迫下,小麦的生长发育受到明显抑制,干物质积累量、可溶性蛋白含量、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性均显著下降,脯氨酸含量升高,产量有所下降。外源丁酸处理可以使受干旱胁迫小麦的干物质积累量,可溶性蛋白含量,GS活性、NR活性、千粒重和产量均显著增加,脯氨酸含量显著下降。说明适宜浓度的外源丁酸处理减轻了干旱对小麦生长发育的抑制作用,提高了小麦的产量和氮代谢水平。

Effects of Exogenous butyric Acid on Nitrogen Metabolism and Yield of Wheat under Drought Stress
Abstract:The previous research has proved that exogenous butyric acid could increase the drought tolerance of wheat seedlings, but its application effect of field is still unclear, to research the effect of exogenous butyric acid on drought resistance of wheat, this experiment took Yunong 211 as the test material, the effect of exogenous butyric acid (seed dressing 5 mmoloL-1, spray application 0.25 mmoloL-1) on the wheat yield and the drought resistance indexes of wheat were determined and analyzed by field experiment. The rEffects of Exogenous butyric Acid on Nitrogen Metabolism and Yield of Wheat under Drought Stressesults showed that the growth of wheat was significantly inhibited, the amount of dry matter accumulation, soluble protein content, GS and NR activities and wheat yield decreased, while the proline content increased. under drought stress, the amount of dry matter accumulation, soluble protein content, GS and NR activities, 1000-grain weight and wheat yield increased, while the proline content decreased by the treatment of butyric acid comparing with the control. The above results showed that adding butyric acid with appropriate concentrations reduced the inhibiting effect on wheat growth under drought stress, improved the yield and nitrogen metabolism of wheat.
