金属材料残余应力超声调控方法研究

摘要:残余应力普遍存在于机械结构的生产与使用过程中,严重影响结构的可靠性与使用寿命。残余应力的有效消除对于提高产品质量、保证产品的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。本文针对目前残余应力消除方法的局限性,提出了一种利用高能声场进行残余应力调控的新方法,并从微观位错以及宏观诱导两方面,研究了金属材料残余应力高能声场调控的作用机理,通过实验验证了此方法的有效性,并分析了高能超声功率和调控时间对残余应力消除效果的影响。

The Study on the Residual Stress Regulation in Metal Materials Based on Ultrasonic
Abstract:The residual stress exists in the production and use of mechanical structure, and seriously affects the reliability and service life of the structure. The effective elimination of residual stress is of great significance to improve the quality of products and ensure the reliability and safety of products. Aiming at the limitations of the present method of eliminating residual stress, in this paper, a new method is proposed to regulate the residual stress by using the high-energy acoustic field and the action mechanism is researched from the micro and macro aspects.In the last part, the validity of this method is verified and the influence of high-energy ultrasonic power and time on the residual stress was analyzed by experiments.
