侧面碰撞中自适应儿童约束系统参数优化研究

摘要:为使儿童约束系统在侧面碰撞中实现对不同年龄儿童的保护,通过正交试验设计和方差分析方法进行结构参数灵敏度分析,选取座椅扶手高度、侧翼刚度缩放因子和侧翼倾角为优化变量,以头、胸部合成加速度峰值为优化目标,采用多项式回归近似模型和非支配遗传优化算法相结合的方法,分别对3、6、10岁儿童乘员在侧面碰撞条件下进行多目标优化。结果表明,三个年龄段的儿童乘员优化后的头部合成加速度峰值分别下降62.2%、64.2%和66.7%,胸部合成加速度峰值分别下降58.5%、48.8%和40%。最后,基于三个年龄段儿童乘员的最优设计参数,拟合出优化变量与儿童身高、体重的相关模型,使得不同身高、体重的儿童乘员均能达到较好的保护效果。?

Study on Parameter Optimization of Adaptive Child Restraint System in Side Impact
Abstract:For good protection effect for different age children in side impact, the parameter sensitivity analysis of the child restraint system was carried out using orthogonal experiment design and variance analysis method. Then, the height of handrail, stiffness scaling factor and angle of the side wings were selected as design variables, while the head and chest peak resultant acceleration were considered as the objective functions to optimize the protection effect of the restraint system for 3, 6, 10 years old child occupants in side impact respectively by combining the polynomial regression approximation model and non-dominated genetic optimization algorithm. The optimization results shows that the head peak resultant acceleration of 3 different age child dummies decreases by 62.2%, 64.2% and 66.7%, respectively, and the chest peak resultant acceleration decreases 58.5%, 48.8% and 40%, respectively. Based on the optimal design points of 3 different age groups, the appropriate models of the relationship between variables and the children's height and weight were fitted. Therefore, the child occupants those have different height and weight can achieve good protective effect.
