高精度大型SLM设备的升降平台设计

摘要:现有的国内SLM设备的成形尺寸、效率以及精度难以满足我国航空航天大型复杂结构零部件快速制造需求。针对大尺寸且承载重的情况,对SLM设备的升降平台系统结构方案进行对比分析,提出了一种适用于大尺寸成型且具有高精度平稳性的成型工作台;通过对升降平台系统的详细的结构设计以及对整机的有限元分析,为后续的结构设计制造提供理论依据;最后设计了试验样机的误差检测方案,其检测的数据满足设计要求。

Design of High-precision Large SLM Equipment Lifting Platform
Abstract:The existing domestic SLM equipment forming size, efficiency and accuracy is difficult to meetthe need of China rapid manufacturing of large and complex structures aerospace parts.According to the situation of large size and heavy load, the design scheme of the lifting platform of the SLM equipment is designed and analyzed, and then the lifting platform system scheme for large-scale and high precision is proposed; The specific structure design of lifting platform system is established and static analysis of the whole machine are carried out by ANSYS, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent design and manufacture. At last, Design the detection scheme of experimental lifting platform system, the detection of data to meet the design requirements.
