稀土元素掺杂改性对纳米TiO2晶型的影响分析

摘要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量的稀土元素改性的TiO2纳米光催化剂粉体,并对其晶体结构进行分析,发现稀土元素的掺杂并未引起TiO2晶型、晶面位置及间距的改变,但随着掺杂量的增加,其晶面颗粒粒径呈现出一定的变化规律。当掺杂量增加到一定程度后(0.7wt%),晶体粒径将不再增加。

structure of modified TiO2 with rare earth element
Abstract:A sol gel method was used to modify TiO2 nanometer powder with different doping amount of rare earth elements. The crystal structure analysis showed that rare earth elements doping did not cause the TiO2 crystal type, crystal face location and spacing changes, but with the increase of doping amount, crystal particle size shows certain regularity. When the doping amount increases to a certain extent (0.7wt%), the crystal size will no longer increase.
