表面改性对低阶煤煤岩组分摩擦荷电的影响试验研究

摘要:探究了表面改性剂对低阶煤煤岩组分摩擦荷电的影响,以介电常数、荷质比为响应目标,以表面改性剂种类、药剂用量、改性时间为影响因子,设计了不同水平下的摩擦荷电试验。试验结果表明:低阶煤煤岩组分表面改性后对其摩擦荷电特征有较大影响,其中煤油作为表面改性剂、用量为5000g/t,改性时间为40s为最佳改性条件。

Triboelectrification Study of Low-rank Coal Macerals with Surface Modification
Abstract:To explore the effect of surface modifier on triboelectrification of low-rank coal's petrographic components, triboelectrification experiments were conducted. The experiments' response indicators were dielectric constant and charge to mass ratio and the experiments' influence factors were different surface modifying agents, dosage of modifying agent and time of modification. The results showed that surface modification had a great effect on triboelectrificaiton and the optimum condition is 5000g/t dosage and 40s modification time when the kerosene was used as surface modifier.
