基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的不浸酸鞣制工艺研究

摘要:对基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣制黄牛鞋面革的不浸酸鞣制工艺进行研究,先对不同预处理材料进行筛选,然后通过正交试验,以坯革的收缩温度和鞣制废液中化学需氧量作为评价指标,综合考察鞣剂用量、提碱终点pH、补液后温度及补液后转动时间对评价指标的影响,得出优化方案,并将优化方案的试验结果与常规铬鞣法进行对比。结果表明:先用2%的酚类合成鞣剂预处理,再采用30%的锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣制,提碱至pH为4.3-4.5,提碱后升高温度至45℃,再转动为3h,所鞣的白坯革柔软丰满,收缩温度可达87℃,撕裂强度与铬鞣革相当。与常规铬鞣相比,且鞣制废液中COD、氯离子等污染物含量都显著降低,其中氯离子含量仅为270mg/L,降低幅度达65倍,具有显著的清洁优势。

Discussion of the tanning technology without picking based on Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent
Abstract:The tanning teechnology without picking of cattle hide upper leather that carried out with Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was studied. Different pre-tanning materials were first screened in the study, and then orthogonal experiment was designed, in which using the crust shrinkage temperature and COD content in waste tanning liquor as evaluation indexes, the effect of tanning agent dosage, basifying final pH, raising temperature and ratating time after adding liquor ratio on evaluation indexes was discussed. Results show that the following optimum conditions: pre-tanning with 2% phenolic syntan, the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent is 30%, basifying final pH is 4.3-4.5, raising temperature to 45℃ and ratating time after adding liquor ratio is 3h, the shrinkage temperature of the wet-white leather can reach 87℃, the hand feeling is plump soft, and the tear strength is similar to chrome tanned leather. In addition, the contents of COD and chloride ion in waste tanning liquor are significantly decreased, especially chloride ion content is only 270 mg/L and significantly reduce the 65 times compared with the conventional chrome tanning.
