表面改性强化微粉煤脱硫试验研究

摘要:为探索表面改性对旋转摩擦电选脱硫的影响,在分析了微粉煤硫分组成、表面改性对净煤和黄铁矿的摩擦荷电性质影响的基础上,研究了充电器转速、分选电压以及气流速度等关键操作参数对微粉煤旋转摩擦电选脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:随着充电器转速、分选电压的增加,精煤产率不断下降,硫分先降低后增加,分选效率先增加后降低。随着气流速度的增加,精煤产率先降低后增加,硫分不断升高,分选效率不断降低。

Enhanced desulfurization study on fine coal by surface modification
Abstract:To explore surface modification on fine coal desulfurization by rotary triboelectrostatic separation.The fine coal characteristics of sulfur content and the effects of surface modification triboelectrification of clean coal and pyrite were analysed.The influences of key parameters including friction wheel speed, separation voltage and airflow velocity on the desulfurization of fine coal were studied. The results showed that the concentrate yield decreased constantly with the increasing of charger speed or separation voltage. The sulfur content decreased first and then increased with the increasing of charger speed or separation voltage. The separation efficiency increased first and then decreased with the increasing of charger speed or separation voltage.
