M2巨噬细胞治疗脊髓损伤策略的研究进展

摘要:脊髓损伤因其局部免疫环境及神经修复微环境的复杂性,始终是研究的热门领域。目前脊髓损伤有多种治疗方法,但尚未取得理想的疗效。脊髓损伤时,巨噬细胞能够极化变成M1和M2两种不同表型,这与其在脊髓损伤中是加重损伤还是修复损伤息息相关。有研究证明在脊髓损伤后合适的时间点使巨噬细胞向M2型方向极化,可以改善脊髓损伤,为治疗脊髓损伤提供了新的治疗策略。

Advances in the Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury by M2 Macrophage
Abstract:Due to the complexity of local immune environment and neural repair microenvironment, spinal cord injury (SCI) has always been a hot research field. There are many treatment methods of SCI, but none of them has achived desired effect yet. Macrophages can be polarized into two opposite states -- M1 and M2, which closely related to SCI. Studies have shown that the SCI can be improved if macrophages are polarized to M2 in proper time, which provides a new therapeutic strategy for the treatment of SCI.
