α-酮戊二酸对干旱胁迫下冬小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘要:以豫农202为试验材料,采用水培法,研究了α-酮戊二酸对PEG模拟干旱胁迫下冬小麦幼苗生长的影响,结果发现,在干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗地上部鲜重、干重降低,叶片相对含水量和干物质积累量减少,根冠比增加,谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性和总氮量减少。在不同PEG浓度胁迫下添加α-酮戊二酸均可促进小麦地上部生长,有利于小麦叶片水分的保持,同时促进PEG胁迫下小麦幼苗对氮素的吸收,并提高GS活性。

The Effect of α-ketoglutarate on Winter Wheat under Drought Stress
Abstract:To research the effect of α-ketoglutarate on winter wheat growth under drought stress, experiments were conducted using Yunong 202. The results showed that drought stress resulted in reduction of fresh weight of wheat shoots and dry weight, as well as leaf relative water content, R/T increased and dry matter accumulation decreased, and inhibited the absorption of wheat to nitrogen and the GS activity. On the contrary, α-ketoglutarate accelerated shoot growth of wheat and conducive to water retention at different PEG concentrations of stress, promoted wheat seedlings on nitrogen uptake, and increased GS activity under PEG stress.
