基于招聘信息挖掘的信管专业核心能力需求分析-以开发工程师为例

摘要:[目的/意义]以市场需求为导向,通过对网络招聘数据进行分析,发现信息管理与信息系统专业的社会需求特点和能力要求,为人才培养和"人才供给侧"改革提供依据。[方法/过程]以"信息管理与信息系统"、"信息管理"为关键词从智联招聘、中华英才等网站抓取了2016年9月到12月主要地区的招聘信息1707条,删除重复数据与无效数据后,采用R语言对工作性质、 学历要求、工作经验和能力要求等属性进行统计和相关性分析。[结果/结论] 信息管理与信息系统专业教育应该密切关注社会人才需求的变化,在专业能力培养和培养方向设计等方面进行完善。

Analysis on the Core Competence of Information Management and Information System Specialty Based on Recruitment Information Mining - Taking the Development Engineer as an Example
Abstract:[purpose/significance]Based on the market demand, this paper analyzes the network recruitment data and finds out the social demand characteristics and ability requirements of the information management and information system. It provides the basis for the reform of the personnel training and the "talent supply side". [Method/process] Using "information management and information system", "information management" as the key word, it grabs 1707 recruitment information from the 2016 September to December on the website of Zhaopin and chinahr , after deleting the duplicate data and the invalid data, the R language is used to analyze the statistics and the correlation between the nature of the work, the academic requirements, the work experience and the ability requirements. [Result/Conclusion]Information management and information system professional education should pay close attention to the changes in the needs of social talent, and improve in the professional ability training and training direction design and so on.
