基于子空间追踪的序贯信号检测方法

摘要:现有信号检测方法大多采用离线批处理方式,需要积累一定的数据之后利用计算量较大的矩阵运算实现,在实时性和计算效率方面难以满足认知无线电等领域中的序贯信号检测的需求。本文将子空间迭代估计思想引入信号检测领域,利用顺次到达的数据流对信号/噪声子空间及其方差进行序贯估计,能够在噪声方差先验未知的条件下实时检测信号的存在情况。这种序贯检测方式与动态频谱接入、脉冲雷达/声纳信号实时检测等需求较好吻合。仿真实验验证了检测方法的有效性。

Sequential test for signal detection based on subspace tracking
Abstract:Most signal detection methods are based on batch eigenvalue decomposition(ED) of the sample correlation matrix,which are very time comsuming. These methods hardly satisfy the requirements of the specturm sensing in real-time performance and computational efficiency. In this paper, we propose a sequential detection method based on subspace tracking,which makes use of the data flow to sequentially estimate the signal/noise subspace,then decides whether there exits radiation sourse or not. Sufficient simulation experiments are carried out to verify the efficiecy of the proposed nethod.
