基于安卓智能手机平台的结构健康监测

摘要:研发便携、高效、廉价传感器和数据采集系统是结构健康监测领域的重要组成部分。本研究开发了一套基于Android智能手机平台的数据采集软件,利用智能手机集成的加速度和陀螺仪等振动传感器,实现了结构振动响应方便高效地测量。对比传统的有线传感器数据采集系统,系统地阐述了对手机软件采集数据的分析与处理技术。针对多部手机监测振动数据难以准确时间同步的问题,采用频域分析法在一定程度上克服了手机采集数据的非同步性,建立考虑手机采样信号不同步情况下的模态识别计算方法,形成基于智能手机平台的结构健康监测方案。最后通过智能手机对结构的实时监测实验,证明了智能手机应用于结构健康监测的有效性和可行性。

Android Smartphone Platform Based Structural Health Monitoring
Abstract:Sensors with high accuracy, low cost, and easy integration into data acquisition system is one of most important parts in the research of structural health monitoring (SHM) system. In this paper, smartphones integrated with accelerometer and gyroscope are utilized to monitor the structural vibration responses. However, in such an acquisition system, structural response data from different smartphones, compared to traditional wired accelerometers, is not always collected at the same time. So, a non-synchronized data processing technology is demonstrated comprehensively herein. The application based on Android operating system is described in detail. Modal identification method based on acceleration data which is collected asynchronously by different smartphones is introduced. At last, effectiveness and feasibility of SHM system based on the smartphones is proved in shaking table test on a three-story sheer frame building model.
