不同性别儿童少年脑电活动特征及其速度素质研究

摘要:目的儿童少年随着年龄增长,其大脑发育水平也逐渐完善,但大脑发育速度不均衡,尤其不同性别少年儿童大脑发育速度各有其特点。不同性别间速度素质的发展也不一致,希望从脑电活动特征能够适当解释速度素质的发展机理。方法测试不同年龄不同性别中小学生脑电图和50米跑步速度,分析不同性别年龄儿童少年脑电图活动特征及其与速度的关系。结果不同性别儿童少年在年龄逐渐增长过程中,其脑电图中的快频率成分α1波出现逐渐上升趋势,而且在6-12岁之间,各年龄段之间出现显著的差异,而在13-16岁之间差异逐渐减小。男生速度素质在6-10岁、12-14岁两个发育敏感期,女生速度素质在6-12岁是发育敏感期,而过了13岁之后,速度素质发育减缓;同时,高速度素质与α2波的相对功率有显著负相关关系,与θ/β比值有显著正相关关系。结论不同性别儿童少年脑电发育和速度素质发展不一致,其中男生发育高峰期在6-10岁和12-14岁,而女生在6-12岁。其速度素质与α2波的相对功率有负相关,而与θ/β比值呈正相关。

The researches of relationship of adolescent's EEG and its speed
Abstract:Aims The brain's development speed is different with adolescents growing up, especially on different genders. This thesis aims to explain speed development mechanism through their EEG. Methods Testing different ages adolescents' EEG and their 50 meters running speed of different genders, this thesis analyzed the relationship of their EEG and speed on different genders and ages. Results With growing up, the adolescents' α1 wave increased sharply. The increasing speed is very large in 6-12 years old, but the development speed is decreased in 13-16 years old. There are two speed development sense periods for boys, those are 6-10 years old and 12-14 years old. There is only one sense period for girls, that is 6-12 years old. After that, speed development starts to decrease. At the same time, high speed is negative correlation withα2% and positive correlation with θ/β ratios. Conclusions Their EEG and speed developed with different speed on genders. Their speed is negative correlation withα2% and positive correlation with θ/β ratios.
